Karooooo Limited and its affiliates (collectively, "Cartrack", "we" or "us") recognize your right to privacy and are committed to protecting and controlling the use of your personal information in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the jurisdictions in which we operate.
This Privacy Policy applies to Karooooo Limited and Cartrack mobile applications and all Cartrack Development Team applications ("Application") [including but not limited to 1ELD, Voice, Cartrack Driver App, HINO-CONNECT, TOYOTA-CONNECT, Cartrack GPS, Vehicle & Fleet, Agungrent GPS CT, MAN Telematics SA, Panus Intelligent Fleet, Retriever, Teltrack], designed in conjunction with the Cartrack Fleet Management web application.

Call content: Voice data generated during a call (Voice, Cartrack Driver App)
Call Information: Information about the date, time and duration of the call, as well as the name of your contact or contacts (Voice, Cartrack Driver App)< /p>
Location information: Your precise location is used to determine your speed and location, which may be necessary for vehicle management and driver safety and various support functions. Your location may be used to indicate your proximity to your nearest car dealership or approved value-added provider.
Call Logs: Record servers generated by our operator when making network calls (Voice, Cartrack Driver App).
We do not share your personal information with third parties. other than those specifically set forth below.
Servant: We may disclose your personal information to our service providers (Appendix A) who perform services on our behalf. Service providers are prohibited from using your personal information for purposes other than providing the services we have requested, and are bound by applicable data protection policies that restrict the use of their personal information.
